RARE FAN CLUB PRESSING FROM 1988 – Saints recorded live on Brisbane TV in 1977.
The Saints were exactly what you’d expect from Australia’s first ever punk group: buzzsaw guitars, Chris Bailey’s pissed-off, nasally vocals, and locomotive rhythms supplied by bassist Kym Bradshaw and drummer Ivor Hay. Unpretentious and straightforward, these long-haired Aussies refused to subscribe to the rigid definitions of the punk scene. This features 3 great tracks from when the Saints performed on Brisbane television in 1977.
