The Omens (From Hammond, Indiana) are famous for one of the hottest garage 45s of all time, “Searching,” which was recorded on the Cody label in July 1966 backed with the fine “Girl Get Away”.

“Searching” is a Punk / Psych Monster, fast tempo with searing guitar riffs, psych organ, scream and extended monster psych guitar break. “Girl get away” is FANTASTIC jangle-pop garage genius, with ringing guitar and catchy harmonies.
